This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made through the Yun Stays direct booking website. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
100% of the total reservation amount is charged at the time of booking.
Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the refund amount depends on when the cancellation is made.
Cancel 14 days or more before check-in time
You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, minus a 4% payment processing fee.
Cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in time
You will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus a 4% payment processing fee.
Cancel within 7 days of check-in time
No refund will be issued.
Cancel after check-in
Once the stay has started, no refunds will be issued.
Payment Processing Fees
Credit card processing fees (approximately 4% of the transaction) are charged by the payment processor and are non-refundable. This fee will be deducted from any eligible refund.
This property is designed for extended stays of 30 nights or longer.
The full reservation amount is charged at booking.
No refunds are provided for early departures, shortened stays, or unused nights after check-in.
Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may not be refundable.
Any charges explicitly stated as non-refundable at checkout will remain non-refundable.
No refunds are issued for no-shows.
Date changes or reservation modifications are subject to availability and approval. Approved changes may result in rate adjustments and do not alter the original cancellation terms unless explicitly stated at the time of modification.
Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to protect against unexpected events.
Requests related to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that payment is made in accordance with this Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using booking records, payment confirmations, and documented acceptance of these terms.
We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will govern the reservation.
