To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, please review the following House Rules. By confirming a reservation, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

Occupancy

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

Daytime visitors are permitted, but overnight stays are limited to registered guests unless prior written approval is provided.

Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.

Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: After 3:00 PM (unless otherwise approved)

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Noise & Neighborhood Respect

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

Guests are expected to respect the surrounding residential neighborhood at all times.

Smoking & Substances

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.

Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning charges.

Cleanliness & Care

Guests are expected to maintain the property in reasonable condition during their stay.

Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

Please report maintenance concerns promptly so they can be addressed.

Safety & Security

Secure doors and windows when leaving the property.

Do not tamper with smart locks, security devices, or safety equipment.

The property owner is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Parking

Use designated parking areas only.

Unauthorized vehicles or parking violations may result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, commercial use of the property, or subleasing are strictly prohibited.

Violations of local laws may result in termination of the stay.

Extended Stays (30 Nights or Longer)

This property is designed specifically for extended stays of 30 nights or longer.

Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness throughout their stay.

Utility usage must remain reasonable and consistent with normal residential use.

Optional mid-stay housekeeping may be available upon request.

Violation of Rules

Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in:

• Additional charges
• Early termination of the stay
• Charges for damages or excessive cleaning
