Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
Daytime visitors are welcome; however, overnight stays are limited to registered guests unless prior written approval is provided.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.
Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted.
Unregistered or unauthorized occupants may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.
Check-in begins after 3:00 PM, unless otherwise approved in advance.
Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Please ensure the property is secured and all personal belongings are removed at check-out.
Guests are expected to respect the surrounding residential neighborhood at all times.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
During quiet hours, please keep noise to a minimum, including music, television, conversations, and outdoor activity.
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in warnings, additional charges, or termination of the stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana (weed), vaping devices, and any other smoking or inhaled substances.
Guests may smoke outdoors only in designated areas, while keeping doors and windows closed.
Please dispose of cigarette or cannabis waste responsibly and do not discard it on the property grounds.
Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning fees or charges for odor removal.
Pets are not permitted at the property unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.
Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees, charges for damages, or termination of the reservation.
Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by approved pets.
Service animals required by law are always permitted.
Guests are expected to maintain the property in a reasonable and tidy condition during their stay.

Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional charges.
Furniture, appliances, and household items should be used only for their intended purposes.
For your safety and security, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
Guests may not tamper with, disable, cover, or interfere with smart locks, exterior security cameras, or other safety and security devices.
Please use all appliances, locks, and safety equipment properly and only for their intended purposes.
The property owner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.
Guests must use designated parking areas only.
Please ensure vehicles are parked legally and do not block driveways, walkways, or neighboring properties.
Unauthorized vehicles or parking violations may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
The property owner is not responsible for damage to, or loss of, vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles.
Guests may receive food deliveries, groceries, and standard package deliveries during their stay.
When placing delivery orders, please ensure the delivery instructions clearly specify Unit 3 so drivers deliver to the correct unit.
Please do not allow deliveries to be left at other units or neighboring properties.
Guests are responsible for retrieving deliveries promptly after they arrive.
Unit 3 has its own mailbox, which requires a key to access.
If you expect to receive mail through the mailbox, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide the mailbox key during your stay.
Please do not lose the mailbox key. These keys are specially made, and a $100 replacement fee will be charged for lost keys.
The property owner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages or deliveries.
Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
Commercial use of the property, including business operations, events, filming, photography sessions, or unauthorized gatherings, is not permitted without prior written approval.
Subleasing, assigning the reservation, or allowing unauthorized third parties to occupy the property is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of local laws, regulations, or these House Rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the stay, or removal from the property without refund.
This property is designed primarily for extended stays of 30 nights or longer.
Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness and care of the property throughout their stay.
Trash should be disposed of regularly and the property should be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
Utility usage must remain reasonable and consistent with normal residential use.
Optional mid-stay housekeeping services may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in additional charges, charges for damages or excessive cleaning, immediate termination of the stay, or removal from the property without refund.
Guests are responsible for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from violations of these House Rules.
For the safety of our guests and to help protect the property, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras.
Three exterior Ring security cameras are installed in the following locations: the front entrance area, the driveway / parking area, and the side gate exterior walkway.
These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and are used for security purposes such as verifying check-ins, monitoring parking areas, and protecting the property.
Exterior cameras help maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and the surrounding neighborhood.
There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private guest areas.
The unit is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to help ensure guest safety.
