Booking Agreement
By completing a reservation through this website, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the property owner/operator.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring that all occupants comply with these Terms & Conditions and the House Rules.
Rates, Fees, and Payments
All applicable rates, fees, and taxes are displayed at the time of booking. By confirming a reservation, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule shown during checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card information.
Failure to complete payment as scheduled may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy in effect at the time of booking. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable Cancellation Policy.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, unused nights, or no-shows unless expressly stated in the Cancellation Policy.
Damages and Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of House Rules that occur during their stay.
We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for costs associated with damages, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or unauthorized occupancy.
House Rules and Conduct
Guests agree to comply with all House Rules provided prior to or during the stay. House Rules are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Failure to comply with House Rules may result in termination of the stay without refund and additional charges for damages or losses incurred.
Occupancy and Use
The property may only be occupied by the number of registered guests listed in the reservation.
Unauthorized guests, events, or commercial activities are not permitted without prior written approval.
The property may not be used for unlawful, disruptive, or unsafe activities.
Maintenance and Property Condition
The property is provided in a clean and functional condition. Guests agree to promptly report any maintenance issues during their stay so reasonable efforts can be made to address them.
No refunds will be issued for issues not reported during the stay.
Liability Disclaimer
Staying at the property involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the property owner/operator is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during the stay.
Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and belongings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising from or related to a reservation shall not exceed the total amount paid for the stay.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, utility outages, or other unforeseeable events.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the property is located.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
