Booking & Reservations

How do I book a stay?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your dates and completing the secure checkout process. Availability and pricing displayed on the website are always current.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes. The studio is offered exclusively for extended stays of 30 nights or longer.

Is direct booking safe?

Yes. Our website uses secure payment processing through trusted third-party providers to protect your information.

Guests may pay securely by credit or debit card through our online checkout.

We also accept Zelle as an optional payment method upon request. If you choose to pay with Zelle, payment instructions will be provided directly by us after your reservation is confirmed.

Your reservation is confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.


Payments & Fees

When is payment required?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. No additional payments are due before check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit or debit card payments through our secure online checkout.

We also accept Zelle as an alternative payment method upon request. Payment instructions will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Zelle transfers may have daily sending limits depending on your bank (commonly around $3,500 per day), so larger payments may need to be completed over multiple transfers.

How do refunds work for different payment methods?

Refunds follow our cancellation policy.

  • Credit / Debit Card Payments: Payment processing fees (approximately 4% of the transaction) charged by the credit card provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from eligible refunds.

  • Zelle Payments: Since Zelle does not charge payment processing fees, eligible refunds will be issued for the full refundable amount according to the cancellation policy.

Is a security deposit required?

No security deposit is required. However, guests remain responsible for damages or excessive cleaning in accordance with the House Rules.


Cancellations & Changes

How do I cancel or modify my reservation?

Please email [email protected] with your reservation details. All requests are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on when the reservation is canceled.

• Cancel 14 days or more before check-in time – You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, minus a 4% payment processing fee (for credit card payments).

• Cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in time – You will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus a 4% payment processing fee (for credit card payments).

• Cancel within 7 days of check-in time – No refund will be issued.

• Cancel after check-in – No refunds are available once the stay has begun.

Note: Payment processing fees are charged by the credit card provider and are non-refundable.

Do you offer refunds for early departures?

No. Once check-in has occurred, refunds are not provided for shortened stays or unused nights.


During Your Stay

Is the property fully furnished?

Yes. The studio is fully furnished and equipped for extended stays, including kitchen essentials, linens, and basic household items.

Is housekeeping included?

Initial cleaning is included before arrival. Optional mid-stay cleaning may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Is the property suitable for remote work?

Yes. The studio includes high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, video calls, and streaming.

Is parking available?

Yes. Dedicated driveway parking is available directly in front of the studio entrance.


House Rules

Are visitors allowed?

Yes. Visitors are welcome during daytime hours. However, only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight unless prior written approval is given.

Are parties or events allowed?

No. The studio is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties or gatherings.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing prior to booking.
