Security Deposit

When is the security deposit due? +

Our cancellation policy depends on when the reservation is canceled relative to the scheduled check-in time.

Cancel 14 days or more before check-in:
You will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, minus a 4% payment processing fee for credit or debit card payments.

Cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in:
You will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus a 4% payment processing fee for credit or debit card payments.

Cancel within 7 days of check-in:
No refund will be issued.

Cancel after check-in:
No refunds are available once the stay has begun.

Payment processing fees are charged by the payment provider and are non-refundable.

How do refunds work? +

Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation timing described in our cancellation policy.

For credit or debit card payments, payment processing fees (approximately 4% of the transaction) charged by the card provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from eligible refunds.

For Zelle payments, since Zelle does not charge payment processing fees, eligible refunds will be issued for the full refundable amount according to the cancellation policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Do you offer refunds for early departures? +

No. Once check-in has occurred and the stay has begun, refunds are not provided for shortened stays, early departures, or unused nights.

Because the studio is reserved exclusively for your stay dates, the reservation blocks those dates from being booked by other guests.

Yes. The studio is a fully furnished extended-stay studio apartment designed to provide a comfortable living space for longer visits.
